At Giulia House, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy to give you peace of mind.

Free cancellation Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date are free. You will receive a full refund of your reservation.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

No-show In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Reservation Changes Requests for reservation changes (change of dates or room type) must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your requests subject to availability.

Giulia House Internal Regulations

Welcome to Giulia House! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you respect the following rules during your stay.

- Arrival and departure times

• Arrival: From 4:00 p.m.
• Departure: Before 11:00 a.m. For any arrival or departure requests outside these hours, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

- Respect for calm

• In order to respect the comfort of all our guests, we ask you to keep the noise level low, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Parties and events are not permitted in the establishment without prior agreement.

- Consumption of food and drinks

• Meals can be eaten in common areas, but we ask that you do not bring them into the rooms.
• Giulia House is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas. Smoking areas are designated outdoors.

- Animals

• Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our establishment.

- Liability for property

• You are responsible for your personal belongings during your stay. Giulia House declines all responsibility for loss or theft of personal items.

- Behavior

• We ask that you respect other guests and our staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.

- Material damage

• In the event of deterioration or damage to the facilities or furniture, you will be responsible for this and the associated costs.

- Security

• Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving your room. Giulia House is not responsible for items left unattended.
